Repairs and Maintenance- We have a number of contractors who, under our watchful eye, undertake high quality internal and external repairs and maintenance to your own specification like air conditioning, toilets, showers, and lamps. (Prices for repairs and not included in package price)
Inspections- We take notes of things that need attention (exterior and interior) and make sure that the property is properly looked after. We will send you a report after every inspection.
Pool maintenance- We coordinate pool maintenance and treatments to ensure you can enjoy it to the fullest.
Exterior Space Upkeep: We take care of your home's appearance with lawn trimming and maintenance services.
Bill Pay- Arranging payment of water and electric bills
Coordinate Small Renovations We will coordinate small renovations to your house. (We consider small renovations those that are under $1,000).
